Turn Around Time indicates that your order will be completed and leave our studio within the time listed above. Additional time is required and necessary for the USPS to process and deliver your package. We post our current turn around time on this page so that you will have an idea of how long the wait (if any) may be.



We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use this service.



Please pay close attention when ordering your personalized items.

These items are created especially for you and according to your specifications. Please follow the directions as prompted when ordering to insure that your selected letters for personalization are correct and in order.

When you place your order, we are accepting the information from you as true and correct. We cannot be responsible for errors made if information is entered incorrectly when placing your order.

If there is ever an error on our part, we will of course, accept full responsibility and resolve the issue immediately!



We ship Monday - Friday via the USPS and use Priority Mail (2-3 business days). Insurance is required on all packages leaving our studio. 


Because of the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on personalized or seasonal merchandise. 

We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We take great care in creating and packing your order so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact the carrier for credit information.
